A comprehensive, 100% free legal operating platform designed to give pro se litigants the organizational clarity, deadline tracking, and evidence indexing of an elite litigation team.
The problem
Over 75% of civil cases in the United States now involve at least one self-represented party. The judicial process is designed by lawyers for lawyers; unrepresented individuals face insurmountable procedural traps, strict court-formatting rules, and disorienting evidence discovery requirements that systematically deny justice on technicalities.
The approach
JustLegal flips the paradigm from expensive hourly billables to empowering software. By structuring complex litigation into manageable timelines, automated pleading checklists, evidence logs, and statutory deadline calenders, the platform levels the playing field for individuals without capital.
How it works
- Evidence Chain of Custody: Securely tags, timestamps, and indexes exhibits with cross-referenced Bates numbering.
- Jurisdictional Deadlines Engine: Calculates mandatory procedural filing cutoffs based on service dates and court calendar rules.
